Ticketing Information
Our theater provides a ticket booking service without service fees.
- Tickets can be purchased either on-line or by phone until 5 pm of the day before the performance.
- For ticketing and inquiries, please dial 1544-5955 (9am to 6pm weekdays, weekends and national holidays) (Lunch hours:12pm ~ 1pm)

Payment
- Credit Card : Payment can be made immediately by credit card.

Account Transfer : Use your bank account information to pay. Bank certificate and security card numbers are required.
- Payment Confirmation : Payment can be confirmed through the website for online ticketing, and via telephone inquiry for ticketing by phone.
- Note : If you are using a bank account to transfer funds, a bank certificate and security card numbers are required.
Ticket Exchange
- Pick up your tickets at the Box Office at the lobby of Theater Yong one hour before show time on the day of the performance. Identification card and booking information including the first 6 digits of your Social Security number or phone number need to be presented.
- If lost, tickets are unavailable to be reprinted on the day of the performance. Be careful not to lose them!
- Please note: traffic and parking congestion on the day of the performance can occur, especially on weekdays and during the school vacation period. Please come in advance to pick up tickets.
- Invitations and vouchers cannot be returned in cash.
- Tickets can be used as receipts.
- Onsite ticketing of the performance day may be sold out so it is recommended to pre-purchase tickets in advance.
Cancellation Deadline
- One day prior to your visit (weekdays/Sunday/public holidays: 5 p.m. Saturday: 11 a.m.)
※ Tickets booked after 5 p.m. (or 11 a.m. on Saturday) the day prior to your visit or the day of your visit cannot be canceled/changed/refunded.
※ If Saturday is a public holiday, the deadline remains 11 a.m.
Cancellation Fee
- Cancellation fees (see below) will be charged based on the time of cancellation. The day of your visit will be the standard. No cancellation fee will be charged for same-day cancellation before midnight (prior to the cancellation deadline).
